E/R: Palgrave Boakye-Danquah set for Walk To Serve on Sept. 2

An Aspiring Parliamentary Candidate for the New Patriotic Party, NPP in Abuakwa North Constituency of the Eastern Region, Palgrave Boakye-Danquah is set for a maiden edition of Abuakwa North Constituency Walk dubbed ‘To Serve’’.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 2, 2023. Participants and constituents are expected to walk through the principal streets of Akyem Old Tafo through Osiem and Ettukrom to climax the exercise.

In an interview with GBC Sunrise FM, Mr. Boakye-Danquah disclosed that the exercise is expected to attract over two thousand participants within the constituency. He noted that even with a few days to the event, he is optimistic that the walk will be massive.

Mr. Boakye-Danquah reiterated that the event being a maiden edition, he will work hard with the organizers to maintain the standard for the future even before and after his tenure of being the Member of Parliament for the constituency when voted. He called on all in the constituency to join the walk hence there will be a lot of socialization, exercise, advice, and counsel.

He added that all safety measures and protocols have been outlined for the walk and at the moment there is nothing that will truncate the event. The Ambulance Service, Ghana Police Service and the Tafo Government Medical Department have put in place adequate measures to ensure safety and pleaded to all participants to adhere to the laid down measures.

Mr. Boakye-Danquah pleaded with delegates in the Abuakwa North Constituency in the upcoming NPP Parliamentary primaries and consequently vote for him to become the MP for the Abuakwa North Constituency to bring development the constituency requires.
