I do not want to sound arrogant or insulting, but as somebody who specializes in bankruptcies and turnarounds, diplomacy is not one of my expertise.
Medical tourism is expanding rapidly, but one of the biggest issues it’s facing, which none of her stances will address, is the escalating issue of unsavory operators. As evidenced by recent developments, this even results in the death of patients.
We developed the only interactive preventive system to address the issues in healthcare due to escalating critical care. This is not a simple video but a solution where a caregiver can interact and monitor a patient disease-specific to prevent critical and expensive consequences. A solution is especially relevant in developing and underdeveloped countries where the majority of the population lives in rural areas and lacks healthcare infrastructure.
This same system was adapted to address the critical issues that are going to further escalate in medical tourism. A solution that allows for a patient and her home-based PCP to interact with the facility before an expensive trip, during, and upon return, is especially relevant if local intervention is required, the lack of which was the cause of several deaths. A solution that would prevent unsavory operators that her suggestion does not address.
